The Science of Self™ Accreditation provides certifications in three sought-after accreditations from the TTI Success Insights suite, including:

  • DISC Accreditation
  • Driving Forces Accreditation
  • TTI EQ Accreditation

These certifications unlock access to six powerful assessment tools, enabling organisations to:

How It Works

The Science of Self™ Accreditation is delivered through four structured steps:

Individual Profile and Debrief: Complete a TriMetrix EQ profile and receive a one-on-one virtual debrief with your facilitator.

Pre-Learning Modules: Work through approximately three and a half hours of e-learning, with no video longer than ten minutes, ensuring focused and efficient learning.

Two-Day Facilitator-Led Event: Participate in four 90-minute sessions per day (with a 30-minute break between each) over two days. These sessions are delivered virtually with monthly pre-scheduled dates, or face-to-face for in-house groups of five or more.

Post-Learning Modules: Complete follow-up e-learning and assessments to finalise your certification. Your certificate is generated upon successful completion.

This virtual-first programme has been successfully delivered since 2019, offering flexibility through scheduled sessions or fully customised in-house options (virtual or face-to-face).

We offer monthly virtual accreditations, delivered from our state-of-the-art studio. This allows you to get accredited at a time that suits you—without the need for travel or additional expenses.

It was a fantastic program encompassing a solid foundation with the working model for DISC, then allowing further layering with Driving Forces & EQ. The materials are simply amazing & the program was well supported with a high level of theory but with great real-life examples of how to apply the program. It was an honour to have the facilitator train me, they kept the program alive & fun but covered an extensive amount of content with some really interesting ways to adapt the program to different types of groups & people. Additional Levels of Accreditation

The TTI Success Insights suite is a continually expanding collection of research-based assessments. While the first accreditation level provides a strong foundation, those looking for deeper insights can pursue additional accreditation levels to access more advanced assessments.

HPT | Website Images - SoS L2 DNA

Level 1 accreditation is a prerequisite for The DNA of Performance, where participants become accredited in the DNA 25 assessment.

The DNA 25 profile measures an individual’s development in 25 business-related competencies—foundational building blocks, or the DNA of performance. This report provides a platform to:

  • Identify and develop key competencies that drive superior performance.
  • Understand that competencies are not fixed and can be strengthened with effort and support.
  • Create tailored development plans to enhance personal and professional success.

Level 1 accreditation and significant experience with psychometric assessments, psychology, or neuropsychology are prerequisites for Acumen Capacity Index (ACI) accreditation.

The ACI assessment provides deep insight into cognitive structure—how individuals process information to develop their potential and drive performance. A person’s acumen refers to their ability to perceive and interpret the world with clarity. The stronger their acumen, the greater their ability to make meaningful distinctions and informed decisions.

The ACI assessment evaluates three key dimensions of thought:

  • Systemic – Understanding definitions, structure, and order.
  • Extrinsic – Evaluating practicality, usefulness, and comparisons.
  • Intrinsic – Processing emotions, individuality, and deeper meaning.
