- We Do It for You: In this model, we design, create, and facilitate the program on your behalf. This full-service approach is ideal for organisations looking for a seamless, end-to-end solution.
- We Do It with You: Partnering with your OD, HR, L&D teams, or internal champions, we collaborate to design and deliver the program. This includes training your team, co-facilitating initial sessions, and running a trainer-trainer program so your organisation can independently deliver the content in the future.
- You Do It Yourself: For organisations with internal capacity, we provide all the tools and resources needed to facilitate the program independently. This includes any assessments, workbooks, facilitation materials, and ongoing support as required.
