Our Strategic Learning Partnerships are typically delivered over an extended period, such as six to twelve months, and are structured to maximise learning and application. A typical program includes:

1. Kickoff Workshop

Typically, a one-day, in-person event to set the stage, build connections, and establish clear objectives for the program.

2. Monthly Learning Cycles

Each learning cycle consists of four key components:

  1. Preparation Activity: Participants engage with curated resources or complete preparatory activities to set the foundation for the upcoming session.
  2. Education Session: A 90-minute facilitated session, typically virtual, introducing key concepts, frameworks, or models on topics such as leadership, time management, or delegation etc.
  3. Application Assignment: Practical exercises designed to apply what participants have learned in their day-to-day work.
  4. Coaching Call: A 45-minute group coaching session to review progress, address challenges, and refine understanding. This interactive session helps participants unstick challenges and deepen their learning.

3. Follow-Up Resources

Additional tools and materials are provided to reinforce learning and support application.
